Return & Exchange Policy


1.\\tCustomers have the right to return or exchange products within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that the products are in their original condition and unused.
\\t2.\\tReturns or exchanges do not apply to:
• Inflated balloons.
• Fresh flowers.
• Chocolates.
(As these items are perishable by nature.)
\\t3.\\tShipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.
\\t4.\\tThe customer is responsible for any costs incurred for returns.
\\t5.\\tNo return or exchange will be accepted if the product defect results from misuse.
\\t6.\\tProducts provided from outside the store are not covered by any warranty or compensation, even if packaged or arranged by the store.
\\t7.\\tThe store is not responsible for any damages or defects to balloons after:
• They have been delivered to the customer or their representative.
• Or delivered to the agreed location in good condition.
